About TheyreMine

TheyreMine is a personal productivity tool that brings together three things you use every day — your bookmarks, your contacts, and the news feeds you follow — into a single, clean application. One account. One place. No app-switching.

Most tools force you to juggle a browser bookmark manager for your links, a separate address book for your people, and yet another app for the news. TheyreMine removes that friction. Whether you're saving a useful article, catching up on the sites you follow, or looking up a colleague's phone number, everything is right here.

Bookmarks

  • Create folders and group related links together
  • Add sub-bookmarks for deeper organisation within a single entry
  • Add descriptions to bookmarks and folders for context
  • Filter and search across all your bookmarks instantly
  • Drag and drop to reorder folders and bookmarks
  • Import bookmarks from your browser (Netscape HTML or Firefox JSON)
  • Make any page public so others can browse your curated collection

Contacts

  • Store names, companies, job titles, addresses, birthdays, and notes
  • Add multiple e-mail addresses and phone numbers per contact, each with a label
  • Organise contacts into colour-coded groups
  • Search across names, companies, e-mails, and phone numbers in real time
  • Import from Apple Contacts, Google Contacts, or Outlook (vCard or CSV)
  • Export any contact as a standard vCard file (.vcf)

Feeds

  • Subscribe to any site that publishes RSS 2.0, RSS 1.0 (RDF), Atom, or a news sitemap — type the site's name and its feeds are found for you
  • Import your subscriptions from another reader, or export them, as an OPML file
  • Feeds are grouped by site automatically, or by colour-coded categories you create
  • Read summaries in a three-pane reader, with unread counts, stars, and keyboard shortcuts
  • Feeds that go quiet, stop updating, or keep failing are flagged so you are never shown old news as new
  • New items are checked every 30 minutes by default; items are kept for 30 days

Guides and tools

  • Guides: practical articles on organising bookmarks, moving them out of a browser, following the news with RSS and OPML, and keeping an address book tidy and private
  • Currency converter with the European Central Bank's daily reference rates, sums and a memory
  • PHP serialized & JSON formatter for developers

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to stay organised without managing multiple apps. Researchers, developers, freelancers, and small teams who appreciate having their links, their people and their news in one private, fast, always-available place. Public bookmark pages are also a great way to share a curated reading list or resource guide with your audience.
