TheyreMine is a personal productivity tool that provides a bookmark manager, a personal address book and a feed reader under a single free account. Feed content belongs to its publishers; TheyreMine shows titles and summaries and links to the original articles. The service is operated as a personal project and is provided free of charge.

3. Account registration

• You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TheyreMine to:

• Store or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
• Publish bookmark pages containing spam, malware links, or deceptive content.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all bookmarks, contacts, and other content you create in TheyreMine. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service.

If you publish a bookmark page publicly, that page becomes accessible to anyone with the URL. You are solely responsible for the content of any public page.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Advertising

TheyreMine displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ads appear only on publicly accessible pages and are never shown alongside your private bookmark or contact data. By using the service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep TheyreMine available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@theyremine.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

TheyreMine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheyreMine and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data.
