Supports vCard (.vcf) from Apple Contacts, Google Contacts, or Outlook, and CSV (.csv) from Google Contacts or Outlook.

How to export from each app

Apple Contacts (vCard)

Select all contacts (⌘A) → File → Export → Export vCard…

Google Contacts (vCard or CSV)

Open contacts.google.com → Export → choose vCard or Google CSV

Outlook / Microsoft 365 (vCard or CSV)

File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Export to a file → Comma Separated Values

Or export individual contacts as .vcf from the contact card.
